PAUL AND JOE COUNTER
[own photographs]

Visiting London was the perfect opportunity for me to get a real feel for my beauty brand. Paul and Joe have a strong vintage, floral theme running through out their cosmetics. The use a pattern and colour is heavily evident within their packaging. They also design the actual procuct in a very astheticly pleasing way, often creating designs within their powder products.

In front of the main counter were smaller stands featuring groups of new products that are focused on different themes. The image above displays the Secret Garden spring range. As well as displaying the products they also use accessories like floral pieces and ivory to support the theme.

The main counter stand was incredibly inviting. Set up almost like a closet of makeup that you can walk around. Displaying the products in this way allows the customer to see everything they has to offer clearly and concisely. Glass was also a feature seen through out, there was even a humming bird ornament below their Paul & Joe poster. Personal touches like this allow costumers to form a connection with the brand on a personal level. They are able to relate things back into their own home.

The products are visually stunning from the outside. The actually products are also incredible, with great pigmentation and formula they are far more than just pretty ornaments. Paul & Joe have established a beautiful and completely unique brand image that provides luxurious cosmetics.

NEWS
'Welcome to your secret garden'

Above displays images of Paul & Joe's news beauty supplement  for Spring 2014. The supplement mimics an old school news article, supporting their vintage theme. The article displays all the new products on the front page, this is a great way of promoting new launches allowing the costumer to take the supplement home with them enabling them to engage with the brand at home on a more personal level. Inside the supplement all their other products are also listed. This supports their staple products and creates loyalty for the brand.
